To offer you the best value for money, we charge only a ONE-OFF FLAT FEE of either £1.79 or £5.49 depending on which service you choose at the checkout. No matter how much more you decide to add to your basket you will only be charged this single fee.
We dispatch items daily, and will always aim to complete your order within 24 hours of payment. From the start of 2010 we will be introducing an automated dispatch notification system that will include the tracking details of your package, prior to this date, if you need to know your tracking details then just ask and we will be happy to provide this
Please note, the flat rate fee policy only applies combined shopping basket prior to checkout and cannot be applied after payment has been completed without special request
We also provide international shipping via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For services starting from just £5.50. These services normally take from 5-7 working days.
Unfortunately due to the number of packages claimed as 'lost' during international shipping we will only send items to countries that accept the Airsure or Signed For services. Although we have done everything possible to exclude those countries that do not support these services from our checkout, we cannot capture every one. Therefore if your country is excluded then you either be offered an alternative service or provided with a refund within 48-hours.

Important
Due to a recent spate
or credit card fraud, for all orders of helicopters or for spares totalling
more than £75 paid by credit card, we will first of all attempt to contact you
via the phone to confirm the validity of your purchase. If we are unable to contact
you we may choose to only ship to the Credit card billing address. Please make
sure you contact us in advance via e-mail if you need to ensure that your order
is sent to an address other than the invoice address.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 4 days of receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
